Famine is largely self inflicted in Africa
Global Warming is largely a natural phenomenon
Climate Change as above
Disease treatments /medical technology having massive advances with more to
come.

Sod off with your tales of gloom,doom and despair. I can recall in ~1970 it
was scientific fact
that by 2000 the entire world would be starving due to new Ice Ages.
